Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter
    This competition is conducted by Gentle Dental Highfields.

  2. Competition Period
    Entries will be accepted from 26 June 2026 until 7:00pm on 8 July 2026.

  3. Eligibility
    Entry is open to children aged 0–17 years who attend an appointment with Tilly, Oral Health Therapist, at Gentle Dental Highfields during the competition period.

  4. How to Enter

    • One (1) entry will be awarded per attended appointment with Tilly during the competition period.

    • The appointment account must be fully settled at the time of entry.

    • Multiple entries are permitted where multiple eligible appointments are attended during the competition period.

  5. Prize
    One (1) Family Movie Pass will be awarded to the winner. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

  6. Prize Draw
    The winner will be randomly drawn at 11:00am on 9 July 2026 at Gentle Dental Highfields.

  7. Winner Notification
    The winner will be contacted via the phone number recorded in their patient file. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, Gentle Dental Highfields reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

  8. Privacy
    Personal information collected will be used solely for administering this competition and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

  9. General
